All adjustable Grivel poles are provided with the patented UP&DOWN adjustement system. The opening lever in contrasting color allow immediate understanding by the user. The system is fully user friendly: the unlocking through opening the coloured lever and the locking through closing it are comfortable and natural movements, easier to understand and remember than other internal or lateral systems. The external system avoids the risk of blocking with ice or sand and rusting, which on the other hand are usual for systems inside the pole.

The adjustement of the locking force is easily done with any coin.

How to operate it:

1- open by pushing up the coloured lever

2- adjust the size of the pole

3- lock by pushing down the coloured lever

NB: the system is optimized when the crack on the pole coincides with the crack in the Up&Down, that is the crack is in the middle of the rotating parts of the coloured lever.
